Each individual may hold only one active opo77 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balance. Account sharing with another person is strictly prohibited under these terms.
All opo77 transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts held in the same name as the registered opo77 account.
All bonuses at opo77 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus abuse — including collusion, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to exploit promotions — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your opo77 login credentials. opo77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorised account access must be reported to support immediately.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the opo77 platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with opo77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the opo77 platform and refrain from registering an Account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on the opo77 platform. opo77 enforces this requirement strictly and will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process described in Clause 5. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with opo77's minor-protection procedures.
21+ Only: Gambling is for adults. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to register or use opo77 under any circumstances. opo77 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant investigation.
The opo77 platform is operated primarily for Indonesian players and is accessible to residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. opo77 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on opo77:
To register an Account, you must provide a valid Indonesian mobile number in +62 format, a chosen username, and a secure password. You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are obligated to notify opo77 immediately of any change to your registered details by contacting the 24/7 support team.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the opo77 platform. Operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. opo77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated Wagers, and forfeit any Wallet balance held in duplicate Accounts upon discovery.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your opo77 Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
opo77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, or at any subsequent point, is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, KYC failure, and forfeiture of any balance. opo77 reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at any time.
opo77 conducts identity verification (KYC) in compliance with its obligations as a responsible operator. KYC may be requested at any point, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to processing a Withdrawal above a defined IDR threshold, or when opo77 has reasonable grounds to verify a Member's identity.
Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and, where applicable, supporting evidence of the source of funds used for deposits. Documents must be clearly legible, current, and not expired.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by opo77 may result in suspension of Withdrawal processing and, in cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, closure of the Account. opo77 will communicate all KYC requests clearly through the 24/7 support channel.
Note: KYC is a standard industry requirement and is conducted to protect both the Member and the integrity of the opo77 platform. Your documents are handled in accordance with opo77's Privacy Policy.
opo77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits via BCA, BRI, and major Indonesian banks are typically credited to the Member's opo77 Wallet within 5 minutes. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically credited within 2 minutes. opo77 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of transfer, the Member should contact opo77's 24/7 support team with the transaction reference number and a screenshot of the transfer confirmation. opo77 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet held in the same name as the registered opo77 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
opo77 processes Withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 00:00 to 24:00 WIB, including Indonesian public holidays. Withdrawals to BCA and BRI accounts are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed within 10 minutes. Withdrawals to other banks are processed within 30 minutes. opo77 charges no Withdrawal processing fee.
Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a Withdrawal can be processed. This requirement is in place to prevent abuse of the payment system and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. If a Member deposits and requests an immediate Withdrawal without placing any Wager, opo77 may apply a processing review of up to 3 business days.
opo77 reserves the right to delay a Withdrawal for a reasonable review period in circumstances including, but not limited to: pending KYC verification, suspected fraud, suspected bonus abuse, or a Withdrawal amount that triggers an enhanced due diligence review. The Member will be informed of any such delay and the estimated resolution timeline.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by opo77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be reached before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on games with an RTP exceeding 97% or in a manner designed to hedge or arbitrage the bonus may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations at opo77's discretion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits and their associated winnings expire 7 calendar days from the date of award if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
opo77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between Members, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk, and exploitation of technical errors or misconfigured promotions. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse is subject to forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential Account closure.
opo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to Members' Accounts prior to the modification.
opo77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected advantage play, market manipulation, technical pricing errors, or any other circumstance that renders acceptance of the Wager contrary to opo77's commercial interests or fair play obligations. Such decisions are final and binding.
All sports bets are subject to opo77's Sportsbook Rules, which govern matters including bet settlement, voided events, postponed fixtures, abandonment, and in-play betting dispute resolution. Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and Piala AFF are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are voided entirely if one or more legs are cancelled or void, except where specific alternate settlement rules apply as stated in the relevant promotion.
Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows) are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Results are determined by the game mechanics administered by the provider and are final once the relevant game round is closed. opo77 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions on the Member's side during a live game round.
All slot game outcomes are determined by Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated and audited by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available in the game information panel. Progressive jackpot wins are subject to a verification period before payment.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and Member account tier. Limits are displayed within each game or betting market. opo77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and to apply individual stake restrictions to any Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the opo77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequence of prohibited conduct: Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and recent Wagers, forfeiture of Wallet balance, permanent Account closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting opo77's 24/7 support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (net of bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the Member's last-used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being current.
opo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months, or any other circumstance that opo77 reasonably determines to be contrary to the safe operation of the platform.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or Wager has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. opo77 will attempt to notify the Member via their registered mobile number prior to applying an inactivity administration fee of Rp 25.000 per month. Once the Wallet balance reaches zero, the Account will be archived. Archived Accounts may be reactivated by contacting support and completing applicable verification.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, opo77's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
opo77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect financial loss, even if opo77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
opo77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, force majeure events (including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or acts of war), or actions of third-party service providers. opo77 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
opo77 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at opo77.bet/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
opo77 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (game studios, payment processors, KYC verification partners) to the extent necessary to deliver the Services.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to opo77's operating jurisdiction. opo77 operates under international gaming regulations and is committed to maintaining compliance with applicable international standards for online betting operators.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and opo77 relating to any aspect of these Terms or the use of the platform, the Member should first contact opo77's support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. opo77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
All decisions made by opo77 regarding Wager settlement, Account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and KYC determinations are final and binding unless successfully challenged through the formal complaints process outlined in Clause 16.2. opo77 shall document the rationale for all material decisions that are subject to a formal complaint.
